Situation

With a new product line and branding, the company aimed to create a solid presentation space for upcoming exhibitions. Previously, Juniper outsourced the creation of installation drawings. This process was time-consuming and inefficient, as freelancers did not know our products well enough to display them effectively, leading to additional costs.

Achievements

  1. Ensured the accurate representation of the brand at the show.

  2. Developed the design concept with visualizations, product assortments, and shop drawings.

  3. Managed booth fabrication and realization, including material and color selection, and troubleshooting solutions for upcoming challenges.

  4. Assembled product assortments on-site.

  5. Achieved a growth in connections to more than 1000 per exhibition.

Objective

To design exhibition spaces aligned with Juniper's identity, reflecting the brand and showcasing products in a manner that supports the sales team in their presentation and sales efforts.
