ARCHIEVEMENT

Implemented a modular system for developing style guides and documents, ensuring consistency in style and information across internal and external communications. This system reduced document creation time by 40% and enabled quicker updates in response to new product ECOs.

Developed B2B guides, optimizing the lighting specification process based on industry standards and user feedback, boosting efficiency and client satisfaction.

Designed packaging and sample cases to enhance product presentation, allowing clients to seamlessly navigate the system on their own without a representative's presence, while showcasing key features and value.
